Administration
Archival Arrangement
Correspondence files are arranged alphabetically. Records are divided into sub-sub-series, one for each letter of the alphabet (1-26). Since correspondence will be added to these records over time, a number has been omitted (to be used in the future) for letters of the alphabet for which there are not yet any correspondence.ýThe majority of folders are arranged by the subject of the correspondence (for instance, alumni is under A). There are also folders of correspondence with individuals that are in alphabetical order by the correspondent’s surname.
