The William G. Reese Collection consists of 30 years of correspondence between Reese and W. Horsley Gantt, behavioral biologist and founder of the Pavlovian Society. The correspondence concerns grants and sponsors for research, as well as their long-term collaboration in the administration of the Pavlovian Society. In addition, there are several letters pertaining to the subversive activities charges made against Gantt in the mid-1950s. Materials regarding the dedication of the Gantt bust sculpted by David White are also included.
